We do not charge you anything. If you are not comfortable with your information being sold to fabrication shops, do not submit the form. The rest of this policy explains the details. --- ## 1. How We Share and Sell Your Information ### 4.1 Fabrication Shops (This Is a Sale) **We sell your information.** When you submit a quote request, we transmit your name, phone number, email address, project location, project type, budget range, timeline, project description, and any files you uploaded to one or more independent metal fabrication businesses, and those businesses pay us a fee for it. Once a fabrication shop receives your information: - It becomes that shop's own record, and we do not control what they do with it afterward - That shop may contact you by phone, text, and email - That shop's own privacy practices govern their use of your information, not ours - We cannot delete your information from that shop's systems — you must contact them directly **Exclusivity and later resale.** We normally sell each quote request to a single fabrication shop on an exclusive basis for a limited period, currently 90 days. If your project is not sold, not worked, or the exclusivity period expires, **we may sell your quote request to one or more additional fabrication shops**, who may also contact you.
